Royalty Event Manager
Venue is booked and you have all decor in boxes but you really want to just be treated like a king/queen. This is the package for you. We will do all the heavy lifting.

This service will provide two Event Specialist for 10 hours. This allows us to make sure your event runs smoothly with no hiccups.
We will work with you creating a timeline that caters to you, any special moments memories you want to create we will make sure to execute.
Event Specialist will reach out one month before to get list of vendors, time line, bridal party info, and reference photos for reception decor.
Speak with vendors before event discussing the timeline that was created. This is to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Direct vendors on where to go.
Set up reception and ceremony, table set up, table cloths over all tables (not provided), center pieces set up.
We will be there for the ceremony, que music, direct guest to seats, line-up bridal party.
Stick with the time line that we created together.
We will be there at the reception to make sure all guest attending are having a great time.
Be your runner for anything you may need.
Collect trash.
Break down tables.
Load any gifts in designated vehicle.

Time Line Specialist
Are you nervous about falling behind and getting everything you want done at your Reception? This service will ensure that everything you have envisioned on your special day runs and goes smoothly. We will be your time keeper.

We will work with you creating a timeline that caters to you, any special moments memories you want to create we will make sure to execute.
Timeline will be created two weeks before the event and three days before the event we will re-confirm the timeline that was created for your reception.
On event day we will ensure we stick to the timeline we created together to make a successful reception.
